From September 29th to 30th, DieQua Corporation held the 10th annual sales meeting, at their national headquarters in Bloomingdale IL. Approximately 20 sales representatives from the four corners of the United Sates attended to engage in product education, professional development and team building.

The event kicked off Thursday evening with a welcome reception at Eaglewood Resort. As the representatives arrived at the resort they were greeted by DieQua’s sales support staff and treated to a light dinner buffet. This atmosphere provided an opportunity for the field personnel to reconnect with the corporate group as well as their counterparts from other regions of the country. They were also able to introduce themselves to any new faces, both in the support staff and with outside agencies.

The day started on Friday with a presentation on the state of DieQua, as well as the expectations and the progress and updates about plans for moving forward and the continued growth of the company. Other topics included the inclusion of the relatively newer products such as the Sesame Planetary Servo Gearheads. The remainder of the day provided time to answer any questions for representatives, as well as for the representatives to bring anything to the support staff’s attention, for full back-and-forth dialogue for best practices moving forward.

Friday night was the annual company outing, bringing the entire office staff together with the field staff. This year a packed bus carried everyone to Schaumburg, to partake in the activity: escape rooms. The entire group was split into four smaller teams to fit into each of the four escape rooms, blending together support team members and representatives into four distinct teams in a team-building exercise.

After the hour was complete, everyone gathered back on the bus and assembled together for dinner at Weber Grill.

The meeting resumed first thing Saturday morning. Spinea was a topic of discussion for Saturday. With final topics covered, the field agents departed for their respective territories with new tools and techniques to achieve success. The program concluded with a review of the expectations set in the beginning and a final wrap up.
