Precision Servo Worm Reducers

Right Angle Servo Gearheads – Series PSK2FS

The Tandler® ServoFoxx series PSK2FS right angle servo gearhead is a two stage design with precision planetary gears in the first stage, and matched spiral bevel gears in the second stage. This allows higher input speeds and dual output shafts or hollow bores.

Right Angle Servo Gearheads – Series FS2

The Tandler® ServoFoxx series FS2 right angle servo gearhead is a single stage design with matched spiral bevel gears. Prime benefits include low backlash, high rigidity, and single or dual outputs with shafts, hollow bores, or shrink discs.

Economy Servo Worm Reducers – Series RT

An economical right angle gearhead for use with small NEMA 23/34 and metric 40mm & 60mm servo and stepper motors. These reducers are most appropriate for basic motion and speed profile applications where cost is a major consideration.

Cycloidal Reducers

Cycloidal Reducers – Series T

Cylindrical housing from 60 mm through 300 mm diameter and solid flange output. Torque capacities to 2940 Nm, zero backlash, taper roller bearings, ISO 9409-1 compliant.

Cycloidal Reducers – Series H

Cylindrical housing integral flange mount, available from 70 mm through 220 mm diameter, hollow bores through 65 mm. Torque capacities to 1100 Nm, zero backlash, taper roller, ISO 9409-1 compliant.

Cycloidal Reducers – Series E

Cylindrical housing ranges from 70 mm through 220 mm diameter and solid flange output. Torque capacities to 1250 Nm, zero backlash, integral flange mount, taper roller bearings, ISO 9409-1 compliant.

Cycloidal Reducers – Series M

Series M, the smallest cycloidal reducer available, size 50 mm with solid flange output. Torque capacities to 18 Nm, zero backlash, integral flange mount, deep grove ball bearings ISO 9409-1 compliant.

Cycloidal Rotary Actuators – Series DS

Series DS combines TwinSpin cycloidal reducers with BLDC servo motors, rotary position sensor, thermal sensing, and optional brake in sizes from 50 mm through 140 mm. Voltages from 24 through 560 VDC.
