DieQua Corporation held the 11th annual sales meeting between October 17 and October 19. The sales meeting was held at the Hotel Baker, in St. Charles, IL. Approximately 22 sales representatives from the four corners of the United Sates attended to engage in product education, professional development and team building.

The event kicked off Wednesday evening with a welcome reception at Hotel Baker. As the representatives arrived, they were greeted by DieQua’s sales support staff and treated to a light dinner buffet. This atmosphere provided an opportunity for the field personnel to reconnect with the corporate group as well as their counterparts from other regions of the country. They were also able to introduce themselves to any new faces, both in the support staff and with outside agencies.

The day started on Thursday with a presentation on the state of DieQua, as well as the expectations and the progress and updates about plans for moving forward and the continued growth of the company. In addition to this, another point of discussion were the specific products, to ensure understanding of the many offerings available from DieQua. The remainder of the day provided time to answer any questions for representatives, as well as for the representatives to bring anything to the support staff’s attention, for full back-and-forth dialogue for best practices moving forward.

Thursday night was the annual company outing. This year, it was all about splitting into five teams and competing in a scavenger hunt around downtown St. Charles. This activity saw a blending together of support team members and representatives into their respective teams in a team-building exercise.

The night concluded at the Arcada theater for dinner. The next day saw the conclusion to the sales meeting. This involved a wrap-up and the agents were able to meet with the inside team for an understanding of how they could all work together. From marketing to inside sales, the agents were able to understand how they can work together using all of DieQua’s resources.
