SGC/SGE Precision Servo Gearheads
Built for demanding hygienic and washdown environments, the SGC/SGE Precision Series is engineered in 300-series stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Featuring a round (SGC) or square (SGE) mounting flange and caged precision-class spur planetary gears in an inline housing (up to size 90), these gearheads deliver medium torque capacity, ultra-quiet operation, and backlash as low as <6 arcmin to handle rigorous high-pressure sanitization routines.
| SGC | SGE | |
|---|---|---|
| Frame Size (mm) | 50, 70, 90, 120 | 42, 60, 90, 115 |
| Ratio | 3 : 1-100:1 | |
| Nominal Input Speed (rpm) | 2,500 – 4,000 | |
| Max Input Speed (rpm) | 5,000 – 6,000 | |

Why Choose a Servo Gearhead from DieQua?
Servo motors are used in a variety of machinery motion profiles to control position and speed. Regardless the accuracy required, or lack thereof, the same motor is often used.
The performance level of the gearhead, however, is an important consideration for achieving the desired goal at the most cost effective price. A different internal construction design can yield different results.
DieQua offers several performance levels with distinctive design characteristic options within each level. The wide range of available models allows the optimal product selection to achieve the desired performance, at the most value oriented price.
It’s this versatility in performance, design, mounting and price ranges that make DieQua’s servo gearhead product line the ultimate resource for your specific requirements.
