Factory-Certified DieQua Gearbox Repairs & Emergency Service
Restore your equipment to the original OEM design specifications with authorized DieQua engineering support.

Beware of external, unauthorized “gear repair” companies claiming to service DieQua gearboxes. These third-party shops do not have access to our product specifications, specialized factory tools, or genuine OEM parts.
-
The Risk: Attempting repairs through unauthorized channels often leads to premature component failure, compromised machine performance, and the immediate voiding of any remaining product warranty.
-
The DieQua Assurance: Only our in-house service guarantees that your gearbox is rebuilt to the exact design specifications required for your specific motion control or power transmission application.
While spare parts are available for many of our products, the precision assembly can only properly be performed by DieQua’s factory-trained personnel. As an ISO 9001 Certified facility, DieQua provides complete, authorized repair services using exclusive OEM parts and specialized precision calibration tools to guarantee original performance and product longevity.

Easily Initiate a Return or Repair
Before shipping any equipment to our Bloomingdale facility, please follow these steps to secure an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) order:
- Contact Sales Support: Call us at 630-980-1133 or email info@diequa.com to review your gearbox issue with a DieQua support representative and request an RMA number. Customers have 30 days from the date the RMA number is issued to ship the product.
- Prepare the Shipment: Securely pack the gearbox. Ensure any external (customer-added) connecting components (couplings, shafts, mounting brackets, etc.) are completely removed.
- Label and Ship: Prepay the freight and prominently display your assigned RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
After the evaluation of your gearbox is completed, a representative will contact you to discuss the proper course of action. For a nominal fee, DieQua will evaluate the returned gearbox and provide a comprehensive estimate for parts and labor, along with the cost of a new unit for comparison. If you should choose to repair the box or replace it, evaluation fees are credited toward your final cost.
