DieQua Technical Institute March 2019

The first DTI of 2019 took place from 3/21 to 3/22. The two-day event is traditionally held at the DieQua headquarters in Bloomingdale. Operate In High Temperature Environment

Customers often call saying they need a gearbox but tell us the application is secret. It's understandable that privacy can be a concern. But it's equally important that your supplier really knows what is going on. A customer of ours approached us asking for a spiral bevel gearbox that was to be used in a high-temperature environment. There are a lot of industrial applications for gear products in harsh environments with not a lot of sources for them. Some of those gearbox applications require operating underwater. I’d say that’s pretty harsh. But it’s something we’ve been able to offer in a number of instances. From February 4 to February 8, 2019, DieQua participated in the annual ATX-West 2019 Show. DieQua Helps Build 500 Bikes for Kids

In 2017, DieQua decided rather than send out Holiday Cards, to instead participate in bike building for Toys for Tots. We had such a wonderful time and together with our friends from WAV Wireless, we touched the lives of 500 children. 2018 is now the second year that DieQua worked with WAV and other volunteers - to help build 500 bikes.

Waves of Innovation

DieQua attended the Waves of Innovations event in Frisco, Texas on November 13, 2018. This event was hosted by Olympus Controls. Waves of Innovations allowed companies to demo their newest technologies. Attendees were able to find products they were interested in from several different exhibitors. DieQua showed several products - including speed reducers and precision & economical servo gearheads.
